This year's Winter USource Human Resource Consulting Services Forum is to provide community bankers with an opportunity to hear how USource can support your bank’s human resources and organizational objectives. Our current USource member Banks may have forgotten the details of the services we provide.  This forum is for all!

During the forum, the USource team of human resources professionals will explain the following consulting services, along with the goal-related benefits of the service:

Customized Services with an additional fee:

• Employment assessments to assist with applicant selection, promotion, and team development. USource has a variety of assessments to choose from, with the cost of an assessment dependent on the type of assessment and the areas being assessed.
• Web-based employee engagement/satisfaction surveys preserve employee confidentiality of responses, leading to candid feedback. Tap into your employees’ thoughts about employment with your bank. USource tabulates the results and sends a full report. The survey is a must for all banks

Your bank may be a member of United Bankers’ Bank (UBB), but not USource Human Resources Consulting Services. USource membership provides the assurance that your bank is compliant with its HR-related functions. The membership fee covers the services mentioned, with separate fees for customized services.
