Not to sidestep the response, but it depends on how you define workplace culture. Here is a definition that may assist: A workplace culture is a collection of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that come together to make up the environment. Then we mix in principles, core values, mission statements, policies and code of ethics standards, which all exist within an organization as a whole, but also within smaller groups, such as departments. Mixed together, we have a recipe for creating a positive workplace culture, where employee behaviors, bank policies and established standards are in sync.
