About Taniesha
Taniesha joined UBB as a Compliance Auditor with over 7 years of experience in risk and compliance. Before joining UBB, she served as a Compliance Officer for Key Bank on the Risk Evaluation and Assurance team. Burkes also served as the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Manager for Capital on Tap-US, which focused on the build-out of its US Compliance Program. Additionally, Taniesha has previous experience working at a community bank, conducting testing in its Compliance Department.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and her Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
