About Steve
Steve is a graduate of the MBA School of Commercial Lending, as well as the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a master’s degree from North Dakota State University. Steve has a well-rounded background in credit underwriting, lending, and community banking.
Prior to starting his banking career, Steve worked for the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Beuning is a 5th generation community banker. His great-grandfather (Ben DuBois) was a founder of the ICBA, his grandfather (Pat DuBois) a former ICBA president, and his father (Roger Beuning) a former bank president.
