About Rick
Rick Vela is a Compliance Consultant. He joined UBB with over 20 years of experience in risk and compliance and over 10 years of banking experience. Before joining UBB, Rick was a Senior Audit Manager for USAA. Rick received his Master of Business Administration degree and bachelor's degree in business and finance from Queen's University in Canada, and he is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
