Leesa McShane is a Senior Vice President, Lending Team Lead. In her role, Leesa leads UBB's team of lenders in the Midwest and West Coast Regions. Leesa joined UBB with over 35 years of experience in banking and relationship building.
She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from Davidson College and her MBA in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
