Since 2003, Katie has served in and advised financial institutions of various sizes and complexities in key compliance, risk, consulting, audit, and retail operational and lending roles. Her versatile background fosters a holistic and practical approach to effectively aligning risk profiles with unique operations and strategies.
She has applied her knowledge and leadership in the following areas: Regulatory Compliance (Lending and Deposit), Enterprise Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Internal & Compliance Audit, Policy, Findings, and Change Management, as well as Real Estate, Commercial, and Consumer Lending Operations and Deposit Operations.
