Vice President, Managing Consultant - Compliance

Jeff began his career in 1987 as a Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has also served as Credit Administrator and Compliance Officer at a small community bank, auditor and compliance officer of a multi-bank holding company, and manager of the compliance consulting arm of a regional CPA firm. He then founded Community Bank Solutions, LLC, which specialized in compliance and loan review services for community banks, prior to joining UBB.

As Managing Consultant, Jeff leads his team of compliance specialists in providing world class compliance solutions, advice and counsel to community banks throughout the United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and has earned certifications including Certified Bank Auditor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, and Certified Bank Compliance Officer.
