About Carrie
Carrie joined UBB with more than 15 years of experience in compliance and audit, helping financial institutions strengthen governance, manage regulatory risk, and remain exam‑ready in an evolving regulatory environment.
Before joining UBB, Carrie served as Senior Director, Audit Services, at an advisory firm, where she worked with financial institutions of all sizes across the country, providing regulatory compliance audits in areas such as BSA, ACH, SAFE Act, Regulation E, advertising compliance, and other key regulatory requirements.
