The UBB/USource Salary and Cash Compensation survey was launched successfully on May 7, 2024, and survey participation ended on July 5, 2024. The survey results were available on September 30, 2024. Blanchard Consulting Group was the survey administrator.

UBB/USource  invites you to participate in Blanchard Consulting Group’s flash survey on projected 2025 salary budget and salary structure increases.  The survey should only take a few minutes to complete.  All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the results.  Please be sure to complete the survey at your earliest convenience as we will be closing it on Friday, October 25^th.

The 2024 Salary & Cash Compensation Survey is now available for purchase!  This year’s survey had 337 participants with data on over 190 banking positions.  We are also offering Midwest and South Central Survey reports!
